摘 要:为确定最适宜小兴安岭地区天然针阔混交林土壤微生物酶活性发挥的抚育间伐强度,在带岭林业实验局东方红林场设置10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%的6块抚育间伐样地和未进行抚育间伐的对照样地,分别记为A、B、C、D、E、F和CK样地,依据2021年外业调查,在每个处理样地内采取0~20 cm土层的土样,使用单因子方差分析、最小显著差数法和皮尔森法分析抚育间伐强度对土壤微生物酶活性的影响。研究结果表明,抚育间伐样地土壤的有机碳、微生物量碳、全氮和微生物量氮的质量分数均高于对照样地,且差异显著(P<0.05);中等强度的间伐提升了土壤微生物呼吸;土壤蔗糖酶、土壤过氧化氢酶、土壤酸性磷酸酶活性相比对照样地有所提高,且差异显著,土壤脲酶活性相比对照样地反而降低;土壤蔗糖酶、土壤过氧化氢酶、土壤酸性磷酸酶活性与有机碳、全氮、微生物量碳、微生物量氮质量分数呈显著正相关(P<0.05),土壤脲酶活性与其他指标均无相关性(P>0.05)。适当的抚育间伐可以促进小兴安岭天然针阔混交林土壤养分的积累,包括提高土壤有机碳、全氮、微生物量碳和微生物量氮质量分数,增加土壤微生物呼吸速率,同时提升土壤蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶和酸性磷酸酶的活性。然而,与对照样地相比,抚育间伐会导致土壤脲酶活性降低。结果结论为20%~30%的抚育间伐强度对于提高小兴安岭天然针阔混交林土壤微生物酶活性效果最好。In order to determine the most suitable intensity of thinning for soil microbial enzyme activity of natural broad-leaved mixed forest in Xiaoxing'anling region,6 plots of thinning plots(10%,15%,20%,25%,30%,35%)were set up in Dongfanghong Forest Farm of Dailing Forestry Experimental Bureau and the corresponding plots without thinning were set up,recorded as plot A,B,C,D,E,F and CK,respectively.Based on the field survey in 2021,soil samples of 0-20 cm soil layer were taken from each treatment plot.The effects of thinning intensity on soil microbial enzyme activities were analyzed by single factor analysis of variance,minimum significant difference method and Pearson method.The results showed that the mass fractions of soil organic carbon,microbial biomass carbon,total nitrogen and microbial biomass nitrogen in tending and thinning plots were higher than those in control plots,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Moderate thinning increased soil microbial respiration.The activities of soil sucrase,soil catalase and soil acid phosphatase increased compared to the control plots,and the difference was significant,while the activities of soil urease decreased compared to the control plots.The activities of soil sucrase,soil catalase and soil acid phosphatase were significantly positively correlated with the mass fraction of organic carbon,total nitrogen,microbial biomass carbon and microbial biomass nitrogen(P<0.05),while the activities of soil urease were not correlated with other indexes(P>0.05).Proper thinning can promote the accumulation of soil nutrients,including increasing soil organic carbon,total nitrogen,microbial biomass carbon and microbial biomass nitrogen mass fraction,increasing soil microbial respiration rate,and improving the activities of soil sucrase,catalase and acid phosphatase.However,compared to control plots,tending thinning results in the decrease of soil urease activity.The results showed that 20%-30%thinning intensity was the best for improving soil microbial enzyme activity in the nat
