摘　　要：机构养老服务在积极应对人口老龄化国家战略中起重要作用。对照老年人机构养老服务需求的变化趋势,上海机构养老服务供给存在医疗护理服务的不足、中端养老机构的缺乏、空间配置的失衡、专业人才的缺失等四大问题,也是造成上海养老机构入住率不高的主要原因。针对上海机构养老服务供需结构性矛盾及原因,提出针对性建议。Institutional elderly care services play an important role in actively responding to the national strategy of aging population.In light of the changing trend of elderly people's demand for institutional elderly care services,there are four major bugs in the supply of institutional elderly care services in Shanghai:insufficient medical care services,lack of mid-range elderly care institutions,imbalance in spatial allocation,and lack of professional talents.These are also the main causes for the low occupancy rate of elderly care institutions in Shanghai.Propose adjusting suggestions according to the structural contradiction and causes of demand and supply of institutional elderly care services.
