摘　　要：《狄公案》是典型的中国公案小说,既有传统公案小说的特点又有诸多突破,高罗佩曾英译此书的前三十回。高罗佩后来还借用其中的主要人物和一些故事情节,进行了改编和扩充,创作了以狄公为原型的大唐狄公案系列侦探小说,展现出更加立体的人物形象、更广阔的社会景观和更丰富的中国思想内容,对传播中国文化、塑造正面中国形象起到了良好的示范作用。Dee Gon An is a typical Chinese Court-Case Novel,which has the characteristics of traditional Court-Case Novels and many breakthroughs.Robert Hans van Gulik translated the first 30 chapters of this book.Later,he adapted and expanded the main characters and some stories,and created a series of detective novels A Judge Dee Mystery based on Judge Dee,which showed a more three-dimensional character image,a broader social landscape,and a richer Chinese ideology.Compared with the original book,it contained different cultural connotations,and played a good exemplary role in spreading Chinese culture and shaping a positive image of China.
