摘 要:研究2013年10月东山湾八尺门海域水体及沉积物中氮磷等含量并基于多种方法进行评价.结果表明,该海域水体中无机氮和磷酸盐均超过四类海水水质标准,水体的氮磷比在10~14,富营养化指数、潜在富营养化评价法提示营养化程度较高.沉积物TP、TN、TOC从八尺门海堤往东山湾方向逐渐降低,且三者具有同源性.沉积物C/N、C/P值、N/P值提示该海域有机质主要来源于水体中的浮游动物、浮游植物及藻类,P主要为外源输入.综合污染指数平均值为1.63、有机指数平均值为0.120,沉积物呈轻度至中度污染,有机污染处于“尚清洁”等级.对比同海域不同年份,水体及沉积物中的氮、磷含量从1982年到2013年总体升高,有机碳则有所下降.对比同期福建其他海域,水体无机氮、磷酸盐及沉积物总氮、总磷、有机碳含量均处于较高水平.The contents of nitrogen and phosphorus in the water bodies and sediments in the Bachimen Sea Area of Dongshan Bay in October 2013 were studied and evaluated based on various methods.The results showed that inorganic nitrogen and phosphate in the water body of the sea exceeded the water quality standard of class IV seawater,the nitrogen to phosphorus ratio was between 10 and 14 and the eutrophication index and potential eutrophication evaluation method suggested a high degree of nutrient.TP,TN and TOC of sediment gradually decreased from the Bachimen seawall toward Dongshan Bay,and the three were homologous.C/N,C/P and N/P of sediment suggesting that organic matter in this sea area mainly comes from zooplankton,phytoplankton and algae in the water column,and P is mainly imported from exogenous sources.The mean values of combined pollution index and organic index were 1.63 and 0.120,respectively The sediment was light to moderate pollution,and the organic pollution was in the“still clean”level.Comparing different years in the same sea area,the nitrogen and phosphorus contents in the water and sediment generally increased from 1982 to 2013,while the organic carbon decreased.Compared with other sea areas in Fujian during the same period,inorganic nitrogen,phosphate and total nitrogen,total phosphorus and organic carbon in sediment were at a high level.
