摘　　要：对武钢焦化公司2座7.63m焦炉全部144个蓄热室的格子砖进行通排式更换,解决了因格子砖变形造成的焦炉低温问题。焦炉横墙系数由原来的0.5提升到了0.88,焦炭质量得到提高,并消除了因焦炭不成熟带来的环保风险。The checker bricks of all 144 regenerators for two 7.63 m coke ovens of WISCO Co.,Ltd.were replaced in complete row,which solved the problem of insufficient temperature of coke oven due to checker brick deformation.The lateral wall coefficient of coke oven is increased from 0.5 to 0.88,and coke quality is improved,preventing potential environmental problems caused by not fully-coking coke.
