跗骨窦综合征的诊治进展

摘　　要：跗骨窦是由距骨沟与跟骨沟相对合而形成的自后内侧向前外侧走行的漏斗形的空腔,包含脂肪、血管、神经和韧带,韧带有助于稳定距下关节,神经末梢含有本体感觉纤维,对足的运动起到重要作用。1958年O’Connor[1]首次提出跗骨窦综合征这一概念:是指引起跗骨窦区疼痛的一系列疾病,有关节不稳定、韧带撕裂、关节纤维化、滑膜/腱鞘囊肿及关节去神经等病理改变。The tarsal sinus is a funnel-shaped region located at the junction of the middle and posterior feet that contains fat,blood vessels,nerves,and ligaments.Tarsal sinus syndrome occurs when the tarsal sinus is damaged,which is a clinical symptom characterized by pain and instability on the lateral side of the hind foot.However,due to the small and complex anatomical structure of the tarsal sinus region,there is no exact diagnostic criteria for this symptom,and the exclusive diagnosis mainly relies on medical history and imaging examination.It is easy to be misdiagnosed,which may result in difflcult clinical treatment and prolonged disease.It will affect the function of the limb,bringing great distress to the patients.Open surgery and subtalar arthroscopy can be used to alleviate the disease when conservative treatment fails.The progress in diagnosis and treatment of tarsal sinus syndrome was reviewed.
