不同种源文冠果种子萌发及苗期生长差异研究

摘　　要：本文以内蒙古自治区赤峰市阿鲁科尔沁旗(AQ)、翁牛特旗(WQ),通辽市开鲁县(KLX)、奈曼旗(NMQ)、库伦旗(KLQ),吉林省白城市洮南市(TNS)和松原市前郭县(QGX)的文冠果种子和1年实生幼苗为材料,进行了比较测定分析。结果表明:7个种源种子发芽高峰期集中在第14天左右,WQ种源种子的发芽率、平均芽长和平均芽径最大,分别为85%、24.83 mm和3.25 mm;各种源苗高、冠幅、叶长、主根长和生物量差异显著,其中WQ种源在苗高、地径、叶长、主根长、茎干重和总干重指标中表现最优。In this paper,Xanthoceras sorbifolia seeds and 1-year-old sexual seedlings from Ar Horqin Banner(AQ)(Chifeng City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region),Ongniud Banner(WQ)(Chifeng City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region),Kailu County(KLX)(Tongliao City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region),Naiman Banner(NMQ)(Tongliao City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region),Kulun Banner(KLQ)(Tongliao City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region),Taonan City(TNS)(Baicheng City of Jilin Province)and Qianguo County(QGX)(Songyuan City of Jilin Province)were used as materials for comparative analysis.The results showed that the peak period of seed germination was about 14 days.The germination rate,average bud length and average bud diameter of seeds from WQ provenance were the maximum,which were 85%,24.83 mm and 3.25 mm,respectively.There were significant differences in the height,crown width,leaf length,taproot length and biomass of seedlings from different provenances.The seedlings from WQ provenance showed the best performance in height,ground diameter,leaf length,taproot length,dry weight of stem and total dry weight.
