红叶海棠对SO_(2)胁迫的抗性生理响应

摘  要:利用密闭装置熏气处理,研究不同质量浓度和不同熏气时间条件下SO_(2)对红叶海棠叶片中叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和含硫量的影响。结果表明:随着SO_(2)质量浓度的增加和胁迫时间的延长,叶绿素含量逐渐减少,SOD活性呈现出先升高后下降的趋势,含硫量呈现先增加后降低的变化趋势,红叶海棠对SO_(2)有较好的吸附能力,叶片相对净化率达到68.46%,是对SO_(2)胁迫抗性较强的树种。The effects of SO_(2)on chlorophyll content,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and sulfur content in leaves of Malus yunnanensis var.veitchii were studied under fumigation treatment in a close device with different concentration and fumigation time.The results showed that with the increase of SO_(2)concentration and fumigation time,chlorophyll content decreased gradually,SOD activity increased first and then decreased,and sulfur content increased first and then decreased.Malus yunnanensis var.veitchii had a good adsorption capacity for SO_(2),and the relative purification rate of leaves reached 68.46%,so it was the species with strong resistance to SO_(2)stress.
