一例川金丝猴中暑并发肾损伤的诊治与分析

摘　　要：川金丝猴(Rhinopithecus roxellana)“豆豆”,雄性,于2022年8月14日上午被发现头部无规律抽动,食欲下降,体温40℃,粪便糊状。发病当日血液检查显示白细胞、淋巴细胞计数偏低,谷草转氨酶、谷酰转肽酶、尿素和肌酐值升高。发病翌日粪便中出现原虫。尿液检查显示存在尿潜血。综合各项检查结果初步诊断为中暑并发肾损伤,遵循脱离热源环境、降温、防止继发感染和利用谷胱甘肽保肾护肾原则给予治疗。经16 d的治疗,川金丝猴“豆豆”精神、食欲和行动恢复正常,其血液、粪便和尿液检查各项指标趋于正常,遂放归馆舍大群。A male Sichuan snub-nosed monkey(Rhinopithecus roxellana) named “Doudou”,was found that its head twitched irregularly in the morning on August 14,2022.It also showed a reduced appetite,with body temperature at 40 ℃ and mushy feces.Blood examination showed that the number of white blood cells and lymphocytes on the day of symptom were low,and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase,glutamyl transpeptidase,urea and creatinine were high.Fecal examination showed that protozoa appeared on the day after the onset.Urine examination revealed the presence of urine occult blood.According to the results of various examinations,it was preliminarily diagnosed as heatstroke with kidney injury.The treatment was carried out by separating it from hot environment,cooling,preventing secondary infection,and using glutathione to protect the kidney.After 16 days of treatment,the spirit,appetite,and activity of the Sichuan snub-nosed monkey “Doudou” returned to normal.The blood,feces and urine were examined,and all indicators tended to be normal.Then the monkey was released to the cage.
