摘　　要：2021年12月,沈阳某学院实验动物中心用于搜索毒品训练的1只笼养松鼠(Sciurus vulgaris)突发性死亡,其余陆续表现为以腹泻为主要症状的疾病。为查明发病原因,无菌采集发病松鼠的粪便及死亡松鼠样品送检。根据临床症状、剖检结果、细菌分离培养、16S rDNA基因测序及同源性比对,确定松鼠的病因是由松鼠葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus sciuri)和大肠埃希氏菌(Escherichia coli)混合感染引起。进一步确定大肠埃希氏菌的血清型为O2型。药敏试验结果显示:大肠埃希氏菌对头孢克肟、庆大霉素和卡那霉素等9种抗生素敏感,对磺胺嘧啶耐药;松鼠葡萄球菌对头孢克肟、头孢唑啉和氨苄西林等8种抗生素敏感,对卡那霉素、诺氟沙星、克林霉素和红霉素耐药。根据药敏试验结果进行疾病治疗和综合预防,最终治愈并有效控制疾病。On December 2021,one of the captive squirrels(Sciurus vulgaris) used for drug search training in the experimental animal center of a college in Shenyang died suddenly,and the rest gradually showed diarrhea as the main symptom.To find out the cause of the disease,feces and dead squirrel samples were collected aseptically.Based on clinical symptoms,autopsy results,bacterial isolation and culture,16S rDNA gene sequence analysis and homology comparison,the identification results confirmed that the cause of squirrel infection was caused by a mixed infection of Staphylococcus sciuri and Escherichia coli.It is further determined that the serotype of E.coli was O2.The results of drug sensitivity test showed that E.coli was sensitive to nine antibiotics,including cefixime,gentamicin and kanamycin,and resistant to sulfadiazine;and Staphylococcus sciuri was sensitive to eight antibiotics,including cefixime,cefazolin and ampicillin,and resistant to kanamycin,norfloxacin,clindamycin and erythromycin.According to the results of drug sensitivity test,the disease treatment and comprehensive prevention were carried out.After these measures,the sick squirrels were cured and occurrence of the disease was prevented.
