摘 要:冬眠是哺乳动物在面临不利的生存环境时有效减少能量支出的生理策略。为了能够顺利存活越冬,一些冬眠动物在入眠前的育肥期会快速积累体脂作为越冬的能源物质,而育肥阶段体脂的大量积累却未导致动物出现代谢类疾病,非脂肪类器官并未产生脂质异位堆积。因此,研究储脂类冬眠动物的育肥以及对高体脂的耐受机制具有重要的生理学和生态学意义。本文从内源激素调控和外源环境因素影响角度出发,综述了储脂类冬眠动物体脂积累的生理机制,并总结储脂类冬眠动物在育肥期间耐受高体脂的生理表型,可为深入了解冬眠动物独特的生理适应提供更多线索,也可为预防和治疗肥胖导致的代谢疾病提供借鉴。Hibernation is an effective physiological energy saving strategy to survive through harsh environmental conditions.To survive over the winter,some hibernators rapidly store large amount of body fat as the fuel of hibernation during the fattening period before hibernation.However,there was no evidence of metabolic disorders,such as ectopic fat accumulation in fat-free organs during fattening period.Therefore,the mechanisms of fattening and resistance of metabolic disorder provide important physiological and ecological significances.This review summarized the regulations and influences of exogenous factors and endogenous factors on fattening in fat-storing hibernators.In addition,we summarized the phenotypes of resistance of metabolic disorder during fattening period.The mechanisms of fat accumulation provide not only insights into unique physiological adaption of mammalian hibernators,but also a strong reference for the treatment of metabolic diseases caused by obesity.
