摘　　要：论文撰写修改过程是编辑和作者互相促进,编作相长的过程,科技期刊编辑利用逻辑和文字协助企业技术人员梳理科技成果,提升企业从业人员的科研、创新和论文撰写能力,有助于提高制造业的科技创新水平。笔者结合在编辑部的工作经验,从论文的选题、构建框架、执行标准、试验设计、讨论和结论方面对撰写论文做了分析,针对与制造业紧密相关的产品研发和技术改进两类论文做了示例分析,以期通过提高作者的论文撰写能力推动技术传播、促进技术交流,进而达到提升行业技术水平和期刊影响力的目的。In the process of writing and revising papers,editors and authors promote each other and learn from each other.Editors of sci-tech journal use language and logic to help enterprise technicians sort out scientific and technological achievements,improve the scientific research,innovation and paper writing ability of enterprise employees,and help to improve the scientific and technological innovation level of manufacturing industry.Based on the working experience in the editorial department,the author analyzed how to improve the author's writing ability from the aspects of topic selection,construction framework,relevant standards,experimental design,discussion and conclusion,and made analysis examples for two kinds of papers closely related to manufacturing industry,product development and technical improvement.This improves the author's ability to write papers,the dissemination of technology and the influence of journals.
