P-B杂化预聚物嵌段水性PU书画纸张胶粘剂性能研究

摘　　要：以磷-硼杂化预聚物为基础,通过逐步加聚的方法制备阻燃水性聚氨酯。将这种阻燃水性聚氨酯与聚磷酸铵等进行复合,加工成P-B杂化预聚物嵌段水性PU书画纸张胶粘剂。采用红外光谱法等方法对胶粘剂结构与稳定性进行测试,对比添加/未添加胶粘剂的纸张疏水性、耐高温性、耐折度、抗张指数、挺度等的差异。结果表明,制备的这一胶粘剂可以较为明显地提升一般书画纸张的疏水性、耐高温性、物理强度等,综合性能优于不添加胶粘剂及添加一般胶粘剂的书画用纸。In this paper,flame retardant waterborne polyurethane was prepared by stepwise addition polymerization based on phosphorus-boron hybrid prepolymer.The flame retardant waterborne polyurethane was compounded with ammonium polyphosphate and processed into P-B hybrid prepolymer block waterborne PU painting paper sizing agent.The structure and stability of sizing agent were tested by infrared spectroscopy and other methods,and the differences of hydrophobicity,high temperature resistance,folding resistance,tensile index and stiffness of the paper with or without sizing agent were compared.The results show that the sizing agent prepared in this paper can significantly improve the hydrophobicity,high temperature resistance and physical strength of general painting and calligraphy paper,and its comprehensive properties are better than those without sizing agent or with general sizing agent.
