摘 要:计算机X射线影像(CR)技术是一种焊缝数字化射线检测技术,其在成像机理、图像获取方法上与胶片照相有着本质的区别。在当前制造业数字化转型的环境下,CR技术也是实现当前制造业无损检测数字化转型的重要手段。研究通过选取当前我国高铁制造检测过程中所使用主要材料,有针对性的开展CR技术与传统胶片对比试验设计及实施,通过对比试验分析得出,CR技术可以替代传统胶片射线检测技术,从而促进我国轨道交通生产制造无损检测数字技术不断提升。Computer X-ray imaging(CR)technology is a digital radiography technology for weld inspection,which has a fundamental difference from film photography in imaging mechanism and image acquisition method.In the current environment of digital transformation of manufacturing industry,CR technology is also an important means to realize the digital transformation of non-destructive testing in the manufacturing industry.In this paper,the main materials used in the current high-speed rail manufacturing process in China was selected,and targeted design and implementation of comparative tests between CR technology and traditional film were carried out.Through the comparative test analysis,it is concluded that CR technology can replace the traditional film radiography technique,thus promoting the continuous improvement of digital technology for non-destructive testing in China's rail transit production and manufacturing.
