摘 要:针对传统沥青路面车辆行驶噪音大的问题,提出SBS协同橡胶对基质沥青进行改性。试验以改性沥青综合性能和路用性能为指标,研究了改性沥青在高速公路的实际应用性。结果表明,芳烃油在橡胶沥青体系中起稳定作用,增强SBS与橡胶粉在沥青体系内的相容性,进而提升橡胶沥青的综合性能。橡胶改性沥青最佳配比:6%橡胶粉,2%SBS和7%芳烃油,在此条件下橡胶沥青的综合性能表现良好。将该橡胶改性沥青用于高速公路铺设时,路面平整度标准差平均值约为0.47 mm,测点基本不透水,构造深度约为0.73 mm,较普通沥青路面噪音降低了约5%,表现出良好路用性能。Aiming at the problems of loud driving noise of traditional asphalt pavement,SBS cooperated rubbermodifiedbase asphaltwas proposed.The comprehensive performance of modified asphalt and road performance were taken as the index,and the practical applicability of modified asphalt in highways was studied.The test results showed that aromatic oil playeda stabilizing role in the rubber asphalt system,enhancedthe compatibility of SBS and rubber powder in the asphalt system,and thus improvedthe comprehensive performance of rubber asphalt.The optimal ratio of rubber modified asphalt was 6%rubber powder,2%SBS and 7%aromatic oil,under this condition the comprehensive performance of rubber asphalt was good.When the rubber modified asphalt was used for expressway pavement,the average standard deviation of pavement flatness was about 0.47 mm,the measuring point was basically impermeable,and the construction depth was about 0.73 mm,which reducedthe noise by about 5%compared with ordinary asphalt pavement,showing good road performance.
