摘 要:为了充分发挥和利用水性环氧树脂的粘接性强、防渗性高等优势,提高建筑工程施工质量,分析了水性环氧树脂特性,采用试验的方式,依次测试了水性环氧树脂粘接性能、混凝土层间粘接强度以及混凝土抗渗性能,研究了水性环氧树脂在G324线某立交桥工程中的施工工艺改进和使用情况。结果表明,水性环氧树脂的应用,可以有效地封闭桥面装层中的裂缝,避免大量水分渗入到裂缝内,从而实现对桥梁结构的有效保护,增加桥梁工程混凝土粘接性能和抗渗透性能,降低桥梁应用力过于集中问题出现的概率。In order to take and utilize the full advantages of strong adhesion and high impermeability of waterborne epoxy resin,and to improve the construction quality of the building engineering,the characteristics of water-based epoxy resin were analyzed.By means of test,the adhesive properties of waterborne epoxy resin,the bonding strength of concrete layers and the impermeability of concrete were sequentially tested.The improvement of construction process and application of water-based epoxy resin in a G324 line Nanshan overpass project were studied.The results showed that the application of waterborne epoxy resin effectively sealed the cracks in the bridge deck pavement,and prevented a large amount of water impermeability into the cracks,thus realizing the effective protection of the bridge structure.It increased the bonding and anti-permeability properties of concrete in the bridge engineering,and reduced the probability of problems such as over-concentration of applied forces in bridges.
