摘 要:金属材料的粘接是机械领域设备加工、维护等环节中经常出现的工艺操作,在传统的金属表面粘接过程中使用的粘胶剂粘接性能和耐老化性能有限,需要在进行金属粘接时对金属粘接界面进行非常精细的物化处理。研究以铝合金机械装备表面粘接为例,制备了一种环氧树脂胶粘剂,以聚酯丙烯酸酯树脂增韧改性E-51型环氧树脂,对该胶粘剂进行改性并对该胶粘剂的综合性能进行分析。结果表明,当该金属专用环氧树脂胶中的增韧剂含量为15份时,胶粘剂的剥离强度可以达到7.08 N/cm,剪切强度可以超过17.68 MPa,此时胶粘剂的综合性能最佳。Bonding of metal materials is a process operation that often occurs in the mechanical field of equipment processing,maintenance and other aspects of the process.The adhesive used in the traditional metal surface bonding process has limited adhesive properties and aging resistance,and requires very fine physical and chemical treatment of the metal bonding interface when metal bonding is carried out.In this study,aluminum alloy mechanical equipment surface bonding was taken as an example,an epoxy resin adhesive was prepared.The adhesive was modified by using polyester acrylate resin toughened modified E51 epoxy resin,and the comprehensive properties of the adhesive were analyzed.The results showed that when the content of toughening agent in this metal-specific epoxy resin adhesive was 15 parts,the peelstrength of the adhesive couldreach 7.08 N/cm,and the shear strength couldexceed 17.68 MPa.In this case,the comprehensive performance of the adhesive was the best.
