摘 要:为顺应新时代背景下的低碳环保与可持续发展理念,有效解决市场上常用酚醛树脂胶粘剂中常见的游离酚醛含量过高导致环境污染严重,固化温度过高致使能耗增大等相关问题,研究基于低碳环保与胶粘性能相均衡的视角对以胶粘剂为载体的羽毛球体能训练器械粘接性能进行了测试分析,并深层解析了低碳环保胶粘剂在羽毛球训练相关器械中的实际应用。结果表明,酚醛物质量比为2.5,氢氧化钡含量为9.5%,氢氧化钠含量为50%,尿素用量为0.15,有机硅含量为2.0%,硼酸含量为5.0%、3.0%时低碳环保胶粘剂的胶接性能较佳。In order to comply with the concept of low-carbon environmental protection and sustainable development under the background of the new era,effectively solve the problems related to serious environmental pollution caused by excessive free phenolic content commonly used in the market,and increase energy consumption caused by excessive curing temperature,the adhesive performance of badminton physical training equipment was tested,and the practical application of low carbon and environmental protection adhesive in badminton training equipment was deeply analyzed,which was based on the perspective of balanced low carbon environmental protection and adhesive performance.The results showed that when the mass ratio of phenolic was 2.5,barium hydroxide content was 9.5%,sodium hydroxide content was 50%,urea dosage was 0.15,silicone content was 2.0%,boric acid content was 5.0%and 3.0%,the bonding performance of low carbon environmentally friendly adhesive was better.
