摘  要:在传统胶粘剂中加入不同含量碳硼烷(CB01),考察了CB01含量、深冷处理等对胶粘剂抗老化与粘接性能及耐热性能的影响。结果表明,随着碳硼烷含量逐渐升高,胶粘剂试样的剪切强度先增后减,在CB01含量为30%时取得胶粘剂试样剪切强度最大值,约为12.28 MPa,相较CB01含量为20%时提高了114.69%。随着老化温度升高,胶粘剂试样的室温剪切强度逐渐降低,当老化温度为300℃及以下时,胶粘剂试样的室温剪切强度降低幅度较小,表明在这个温度范围内胶粘剂仍然具有较高的耐热性。当CB01含量增加至30%和40%时,深冷处理可以明显提升胶粘剂试样的室温剪切强度。The effects of the content of carborane(CB01)and cryogenic treatment on the aging resistance,bonding performance and heat resistance of the adhesive were investigated by adding different contents of CB01 into traditional adhesives.The results showed that the shear strength of the adhesive samples increased first and then decreased with the gradual increase of carborane content.The maximum shear strength of the adhesive sample was 12.28 MPa when the CB01 content was 30%,which was 114.69%higher than that when the CB01 content was 20%.With the increase of aging temperature,the room temperature shear strength of the adhesive sample gradually decreased,when the aging temperature was 300℃or below,the room temperature shear strength of the adhesive sample decreased slightly,indicating that the adhesive still had high heat resistance within this temperature range.When the content of CB01 increased to 30%and 40%,cryogenic treatment could significantly improve the room temperature shear strength of adhesive samples.
