摘  要:为了提升变电站建筑玻璃砖粘接的可靠性,研究基于FTIR分析的变电站建筑玻璃砖粘接剩余强度预测方法。选取改性硅烷聚氨酯粘接材料ISR70-08作为变电站建筑玻璃砖粘接材料,利用VERTEX70型的显微红外光谱仪采集变电站建筑玻璃砖中的粘接材料的FTIR光谱,利用WDW-E型电子万能试验机测试变电站建筑玻璃砖的粘接剩余强度。试验结果表明,采用该方法依据所采集的变电站建筑玻璃砖粘接材料的FTIR光谱,预测变电站建筑玻璃砖粘接剩余强度,剩余强度预测结果与实际剩余强度相差极小。In order to improve the reliability of substation building glass brick bonding,the prediction method of residual strength of substation building glass brick bonding based on FTIR analysis is studied.The modified silane polyurethane bonding material ISR70-08 was selected as the bonding material of substation building glass brick.The FTIR spectra of the bonding material in substation building glass brick were collected by VERTEX70 microinfrared spectrometer,and the bonding residual strength of substation building glass brick was tested by WDW-E electronic universal testing machine.The experimental results showed that by using this method to predict the residual strength of substation building glass brick bonding based on FTIR spectra of the collected bonding materials,and the predicted residual strength had little difference with the actual residual strength.
