摘  要:W气田自开发以来,液体积聚现象加剧,亟需优化工作制度以增强柱塞举液性能。针对W气田的柱塞举液工作制度进行深入探讨,就W气田的生产动态进行分析,考察多种实验性柱塞设备,依托W气田现行柱塞抽采井的生产动态参数作为基准,进行了实验参数的设定与优化,并以此为基础开展柱塞装备的性能评价实验。制定出适合该气田条件的柱塞装备选型准则:对于井口流量低于8 m^(3)/h的井场,推荐采用杆式柱塞技术;对于井口流量高于10 m^(3)/h的井场,推荐采用球状柱塞技术。在现场应用过程中,对T11井的采气工作制度实施了细致的优化调整,与现行工作制度相比,日产气量增加了9.62%,日产液量增加了8.23%,确定了2 h开启与2 h关闭的工作制度,为W气田的柱塞举液工作制度的优化及提升W气田的柱塞举液效果提供了关键的理论和技术指导,对于提高W气田的柱塞举液井的开发效益具有实际价值。Since the development of W gas field,the phenomenon of liquid accumulation has intensified,so it is urgent to optimize the working system to enhance the fluid lifting performance of the plunger.The plunger lifting system of W gas field was deeply discussed,the production dynamic of W gas field was analyzed,and a variety of experimental plunger equipment was investigated.The experimental parameters were set and optimized based on the production dynamic parameters of the current plunger pumping well in W gas field.Based on this,the performance evaluation experiment of the plunger equipment was carried out to develop the selection criteria of the plunger equipment suitable for the conditions of the gas field:for the well site with a wellhead flow rate of less than 8 m^(3)/h,the rod plunger technology was recommended.Ball plunger technology was recommended for well sites with wellhead flow rates greater than 10 m^(3)/h.In the field application process,the gas production working system of well T1 had been carefully optimized and adjusted.Compared with the current working system,the daily gas production had increased by 9.62%and the daily liquid production by 8.23%.The working system of 2 h on and 2 h off had been determined.It provided key theoretical and technical guidance for the optimization of the plunger lifting system of W gas field and the improvement of the plunger lifting effect of W gas field,and had practical value for improving the development benefit of the plunger lifting well of W gas field.
