摘　　要：作为美国在亚太地区和欧洲地区的盟友,韩国与北约近期不断加强互动。双方建立了较成熟的高层会晤机制,签订了数份《个别伙伴合作计划》,并逐步深化在地区热点、网络安全、军事防务、经济安全等方面的合作。双方加强互动,是为了因应国际格局新变化、对冲地区安全压力和实现各自战略目标,也受到美国全球战略调整的推动。这不仅有助于提高韩国的国际影响力,而且有力地配合了美国重塑全球联盟,也冲击了中韩、中欧关系和地区安全秩序。展望未来,双方会继续保持频繁互动,但考虑到双方战略重心差异、战略资源有限,以及中美战略竞争等因素,双方关系的发展空间仍相对有限。As two strategic pivots of the United States in the Indo-Pacific and European regions,ROK and NATO have been strengthening their interaction recently.The two sides have established a mature high-level meeting mechanism,signed several projects of"Individual Partnership and Cooperation Programme"(IPCP),and gradually deepened cooperation in regional hot-spots,cybersecurity,military defense,economic security and other areas.The intensified interaction between ROK and NATO,which is driven by the U.S.'efforts in adjusting its global strategy,is also in order to respond to the new changes in international configuration,hedge against regional security pressures,and realize their respective strategic goals.It has not only helped increase ROK's international influence,but has also strongly complemented the U.S.'global alliance reshaping strategy,as well as impacted on the stability of Sino-ROK,Sino-Europe relations and regional security order.Looking at the way forward,ROK and NATO will continue to maintain frequent interactions.However,given differences in the two sides'strategic focus,their limited strategic resources,and the Sino-U.S.strategic rivalry,the space for relationship development remains relatively limited.In this regard,China should continue to strengthen the cooperation foundation with ROK and NATO member countries.
