摘　　要：服务型网络协同制造模式是农机装备制造业未来转型趋向。结合农机装备产业集聚区内企业间协作特征,构建了农机装备协同制造模式价值流动图示评审技术(graphical evaluation and review technique,GERT)网络模型,依据主导逻辑的不同,设定了传统网络协同制造和服务型网络协同制造两种模式,通过GERT网络模型求解两种模式下的网络参数,并加以对比分析。研究表明:服务型网络协同制造模式更具优越性;在面向服务型网络协同制造模式的转型过程中,价值增值的关键节点与资源要素亦发生着改变;针对农机装备制造业薄利性特征,细化价值分配方案更易实现价值资源的乘数效应。研究结果有助于为以价值共创与共享为目标的农机装备服务型网络协同制造模式塑造提供理论支持。Agricultural Equipment Industry Development,Jiangsu University;The service-oriented network cooperative manufacturing mode is the future transformation trend of the agricultural equipment manufacturing industry.Combined with the characteristics of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing industry cluster,the value flow GERT network model of agricultural machinery equipment cooperative manufacturing mode was constructed.According to the different dominant logic,traditional network cooperative manufacturing mode and service-oriented network cooperative manufacturing mode were set.The network parameters in two modes were solved and compared by GERT network model.The results show that service-oriented network cooperative manufacturing mode has obvious advantages.In the process of transformation of service-oriented network cooperative manufacturing mode,the key nodes and resource elements of added value also change.In view of the low profit characteristics of agricultural equipment manufacturing industry,it is easier to realize the multiplier effect of value resources by refining the value distribution scheme.The results can provide theoretical supports for the serviceoriented network collaborative manufacturing mode shaping for agricultural machinery equipment with the goal of value co-creation and sharing.
