摘 要:针对碳排放依赖型的工程机械再制造企业,研究了其在需求不确定下考虑碳期货的生产决策优化问题。针对不确定需求的有限信息分布,分别考虑了无碳期货情形和有碳期货情形,构建了相应的生产决策优化模型,并采用max-min方法对其进行求解。最后,通过数值仿真分析了再制造率、需求不确定和期货价格对产量和利润的影响。研究发现,引入碳期货后,企业能够有效地规避需求不确定带来的风险,保证在更少的产量下获得更高的利润。The optimization of production decisions considering carbon futures under the uncertainty of demand was studied for the construction machinery remanufacturing firms that depended on carbon emission.Aiming at the limited information distribution of uncertain demand,the corresponding production decision optimization model was constructed considering the carbon futures and no-carbon futures.The max-min method was used to solve the model.Finally,the effects of remanufacturing rate,uncertain demand,and futures price on output and profit were analyzed by numerical simulation.It is found that the introduction of carbon futures can effectively avoid the risks brought by uncertain demand and guarantee higher profits with less production.
