摘  要:随着风电渗透率的增大,利用风电提供虚拟惯量提高系统频率稳定性成为必然需求。但风机固有速度控制器和虚拟惯性控制环节的控制目标存在差异,导致风机的调频效果得不到充分发挥。鉴于此,提出一种基于参数模糊推理的虚拟惯量优化控制策略。通过建立含风电的电力系统频率响应模型,分析了风电主动参与调频对系统频率响应的影响。进一步,从采用附加功率虚拟惯量控制风机的输出增量组成中,推导得出速度控制器输出的调频抑制量。同时,将附加功率量转化为转速释放量,作为速度控制器参考转速调整量,并采用模糊推理算法动态调整虚拟惯量控制参数,避免了固有速度控制器和虚拟惯性控制环节间的矛盾。仿真结果表明,所提方法消除了固有速度控制器对调频的不利影响,可有效改善调频性能,提高了系统的频率稳定性。With the increasing penetration rate of wind power,the use of virtual inertia provided by wind power to improve system frequency stability becomes an inevitable requirement.However,there are differences in the control objectives of the inherent speed controller and the virtual inertia control link for wind turbines,resulting in the frequency regulation effect not being fully exploited.In view of this,an optimal control strategy of virtual inertia based on fuzzy inference of parameters is proposed.A system frequency response model containing wind power is developed,and the effect that the wind power actively participating in frequency regulation on the system frequency response is analyzed.Further,from the output increment composition of the wind turbine with additional power virtual inertia control,the frequency regulation rejection of the speed controller output is deduced.Meanwhile,the additional power is converted into the speed release quantity,which is used as the reference speed adjustment quantity of the speed controller,and the virtual inertia control parameters are dynamically adjusted using the fuzzy inference algorithm to avoid the contradiction between the inherent speed controller and the virtual inertia control link.The simulation results show that the proposed method eliminates the adverse effect of the inherent speed controller on frequency regulation,which can effectively improve the frequency regulation performance and the frequency stability of the system.
