摘  要:园区是稳定基荷的优质用户,售电商如何引入增值服务手段增加其黏性,实现售电商和园区双赢,已成为重要需求。首先,设计了储能增值服务模式,售电商在用户侧投资储能,提供光伏电能存储服务并收购富余电量,园区与售电商签订长期购电合约获取该服务。其次,考虑不同品种发电商的合约曲线偏好,提出了发电商带电力曲线双边交易的定价机制,并在此基础上构建了售电商在多交易品种、多时间尺度批发市场的购电模型。然后,提出了售电商在该模式下的合约定价与储能配置策略,将售电商和园区分别追求售电收益最大化和用电成本最小化构建为主从博弈。算例分析验证了模型的有效性,通过经济性分析表明,该模式下园区光伏消纳能力上升且二者经济效益均得到提高。最后,分析了不同合约年限对购售双方经济性的影响。The parks are high-quality users with stable base load,and how to introduce value-added services to increase their stickiness and achieve a win-win situation for electricity retailers and park users has become an important demand.Firstly,this paper designs the value-added service mode of energy storage.The electricity retailers invest in energy storage on the user side to provide photovoltaic energy storage service and acquire surplus electricity.The parks sign long-term electricity purchase contracts with electricity retailers to obtain this service.Secondly,considering the contract curve preferences of different types of power generation companies,a pricing mechanism for bilateral transactions with power curves by power generation companies is proposed.Based on this,an electricity purchase model for electricity retailers in a multi-transaction-variety and multi-time-scale wholesale market is established.Then,a contract pricing and energy storage configuration strategy for electricity retailers under this model is proposed,in which a Stackelberg game is constructed between maximizing the revenue from electricity sales of electricity retailers and minimizing the electricity consumption cost of parks.The effectiveness of the model is verified through case analysis.Economic analysis shows that the photovoltaic consumption capacity of parks increases and the economic benefits of both electricity retailers and parks are improved in this mode.Finally,the impact of different contract terms on the economic performance of both electricity retailers and parks is analyzed.
