摘 要:城轨列车在行驶过程中需要执行连续制动,制动过程产生的热量在前后制动间隔内不能完全耗散,残余温度对后一次制动的温度和应力产生影响。针对制动盘多次制动作用下的热-力耦合规律进行研究,根据某列车运行工况,建立多次制动作用下制动盘热-力耦合有限元仿真模型。通过分析制动盘轴向、径向的温度和应力、散热筋温度、散热筋应力随时间变化等情况,讨论制动盘前一次制动残余温度对后一次制动的影响。结果表明:在制动过程中,制动盘表面温度和应力均呈先高后低的趋势,在前一次制动残余温度的影响下,制动盘与散热筋的温度和应力逐渐升高。随着制动次数的不断增加,制动盘最高温度和最大应力逐渐趋于某一定值。Urban rail trains need to brake continuously during the driving process,and the heat generated in the braking process cannot be completely dissipated in the front and rear braking interval,and the residual temperature has an impact on the temperature and stress of the next braking.The thermo-mechanical coupling law under the multiple braking action of the brake disc is studied.According to the operating conditions of a certain train,a thermo-mechanical coupling finite element simulation model of the brake disc under multiple braking actions is established.The temperature and stress in the axial and radial directions of the brake disc,the temperature of the heat dissipation rib,and the stress of the heat dissipation rib with time are analyzed.The effect of the residual temperature of the brake disc from the previous brake on the latter brake is also discussed.The results show that during the braking process,the temperature and stress on the surface of the brake disc tend to be high first and then low.Under the influence of the residual temperature of the previous brake,the temperature and stress of the brake disc and heat dissipation rib are increased gradually.As the number of braking continues to increase,the maximum temperature and maximum stress of the brake disc will be gradually increased to a certain value.The interaction mechanism of temperature field and stress field of brake disc under multiple braking is revealed,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the brake disc.
