摘  要:合理的光伏安装方案有利于降低配电系统的供电成本和提高能源利用率,因此需要根据供电经济性指标确定配网中分布式光伏的最佳接入容量。提出一种基于配网运行裕度的光伏最佳接入容量评估方法。该方法利用配网运行裕度信息,把高维的光伏多节点并网优化问题降至1维的光伏总接入容量优化,且利用分布式调度实现了不同主体的协同运行。通过对改进的IEEE 33节点系统开展算例分析发现,根据所提方法确定的光伏最佳接入容量超过了配网最大负荷与线路容量之和,为高比例分布式光伏接入配电网奠定了理论基础。Since a reasonable photovoltaic(PV)installation scheme is conducive to reducing the power supply cost of distribution system and improving the energy utilization rate,it is necessary to determine the optimal integration capaci⁃ty of distributed PV in distribution network according to the power supply economic indicator.In this paper,an evalua⁃tion method for the optimal PV integration capacity based on the operation margin of distribution network is proposed.The operation margin information is used to reduce the problem of high-dimensional PV multi-bus integration optimiza⁃tion to 1-dimensional total PV integration capacity optimization.In addition,a distributed dispatching strategy is used to realize the coordinated operation of different agents.An improved IEEE 33-bus system is taken as a numerical exam⁃ple,and it is found that the optimal PV integration capacity determined by the proposed method exceeds the sum of the maximum load and line capacity of distribution network,laying a theoretical foundation for the integration of high-pro⁃portion distributed PV to distribution network.
