摘 要:为探究萝卜不同种质资源对根肿病的抗性情况及抗性遗传规律,采用田间病圃鉴定法,对引自国内外的54份萝卜种质资源进行根肿病抗性鉴定,同时以筛选到的免疫材料与高感材料正反交构建F_(1)、F_(2)群体,采用人工接种鉴定法对群体进行抗性分析。结果表明,54份萝卜种质资源田间发病率0~100%,病情指数0~93.73,共鉴定到免疫级抗性材料2份、抗病材料5份,耐病材料8份,感病材料13份,高感材料26份,其中85.71%抗性材料来自国外种质,而86.05%的国内种质表现感病。以免疫材料白雪公主和高感材料重庆砂罐萝卜杂交获得的F_(1)对根肿病表现免疫,自交后获得F_(2)群体抗性遗传符合3∶1的分离规律,说明白雪公主抗根肿病基因受一对显性核基因控制。研究结果为抗根肿病萝卜育种及抗性基因的发掘奠定了重要基础。To explored the clubroot disease resistance of different radish germplasm and the inheritance law of resistance genes,the clubroot disease resitance of 54 radish germplasm resources was preliminarily identified by natural induction in the disease nursery field,and then,F_(1) and F_(2) populations were constructed by reciprocal cross between the immune material and highly susceptible material,and the resistance of the population was analyzed by artificial inoculation.The results showed that the disease incidence and disease index of 54 radish germplasm resources were 0~100%and 0~93.73,respectively,there were 2 immune resistant materials,5 resistant materials,8 resistant-tolerant materials,13 susceptible materials and 26 highly susceptible materials.85.71%of the resistant materials came from foreign germplasm,while 86.05%of the domestic germplasm were susceptible.The F_(1) population constructed by the immune material Snow White and the highly susceptible material Chongqing Shaguan was immune to clubroot disease and the resistance segregation ratio of F_(2) population was 3∶1,which indicated that the resistance gene of Snow White was controlled by a pair of dominant nuclear genes.
