摘　　要：症状明显、卒中风险高危的非瓣膜性心房颤动(简称房颤)患者,可以考虑导管消融联合左心耳封堵的一站式治疗策略。近年来,球囊冷冻消融也已成为房颤的标准治疗。国内外有不少中心开展了球囊冷冻消融联合左心耳封堵的一站式手术。本文对国内外行球囊冷冻消融联合左心耳封堵治疗房颤的现状进行了综述,重点介绍这一策略的安全性和有效性。Combination of radiofrequency catheter ablation and left atrial appendage occlusion was common used in patients suffered non⁃valvular atrial fibrillation with both severe symptoms and a high risk of stroke.While combination of cryoballoon ablation and left atrial appendage occlusion has also been applied in several centers in China and other countries.This article reviews the progress in the combination of cryoballoon ablation and left atrial appendage occlusion for the treatment of atrial fibrillation.
