摘　　要：针对口罩检测设备中空气流量校准,研制一款以热式空气流量传感器为核心部件的便携式空气流量测试仪。仪器开发流程包括传感器通信程序编写、显示界面设计与通信、集成电路设计、PCB制板以及仪器外壳设计与装配。在10~40 L/min范围内,使用标准器对仪器进行校准,其准确度在±1.0%范围内,且关联性压力较小,以期为解决口罩检测设备空气流量校准计量标准装置的开发提供了一种思路。Aiming at the calibration of air flow in respirator testing equipment,a portable air flow tester with thermal air flow sensor as the core component is developed.The instrument development process includes sensor communication programming,display interface design and communication,integrated circuit design,PCB manufacturing,and instrument shell design and assembly.Within the range of 10~40 L/min,the instrument is calibrated by a standard,and the accuracy is within±1.0%,and the correlation pressure is low.It is expected to provide an idea for the development of the air flow calibration and metering standard device for respirator detection equipment.
