摘  要:分析了双调谐互感耦合谐振放大器的电路结构和频率特性,运用Multisim仿真软件对其进行了性能仿真。为解决双调谐互感耦合谐振放大器在强耦合状态下频率特性双峰曲线的凹陷点频率处电压增益太低、无法满足宽频带信号放大需求的问题,提出了对级联单调谐互感耦合谐振放大器在双峰曲线凹陷点频率附近进行电压增益补偿的方法,设计了双、单调谐互感耦合谐振放大器级联电路结构,并进行了频率特性仿真验证。仿真验证结果表明,该双、单调谐互感耦合谐振放大器级联电路通频带宽,选择性好,满足宽频带信号选频放大需求,适用于高频、宽带信号放大的工作场景。The circuit structure and frequency characteristics of double tuned mutual inductance coupling resonant amplifier are analyzed,and its performance is simulated using Multisim simulation software.A method of compensating the voltage gain near the frequency of the dimple point of the bimodal curve by cascading a single tuned mutual inductance coupled resonant amplifier is proposed.The cascading circuit structures of the dual and single tuned mutual inductance coupled resonant amplifiers are designed.The frequency characteristics are verified by simulation.The simulation results show that the cascade circuit of double and single tuned mutual inductance coupling resonant amplifiers has good passband bandwidth and selectivity,which meets the requirements of frequency selective amplification of broadband signals and is suitable for working scenarios of high-frequency and broadband signal amplification applications.
