摘 要:在多流束旋翼式水表测量误差过程中,管道内部产生的水锤压力会损害水表,进而影响测量误差。通过理论分析建立串联多流束旋翼式水表的水锤模型,采用特征线法(MoC)在Matlab平台上进行仿真试验研究,得到串联水表的水锤压力水头曲线。结合实际车间生产中的水锤试验,分析水锤对多流束旋翼式水表测量误差的影响。结果表明,水锤对多流束旋翼式水表低区流量测量误差影响较大,对高区流量测量误差影响相对较小。研究结果对多流束旋翼式水表的生产、测试以及提高水表的合格率具有重要参考意义。During the measurement error process of multi-beam rotary wing water meter,the water hammer pressure generated inside the pipeline will damage the water meter,thereby affecting the measurement error.Based on theoretical analysis,a water hammer model of a serial multi-beam rotary vane water meter is established.The Method of Characteristics(MoC)is used to conduct simulation experiments on the Matlab platform,and the water hammer pressure head curve of the serial water meter is obtained.Based on the water hammer test in actual workshop production,the influence of water hammer on the measurement error of multi-beam rotary vane water meter is analyzed.The results show that the water hammer has a significant impact on the flow measurement error in the low zone of the multi-beam rotor type water meter,while the impact on the flow measurement error in the high zone is relatively small.The research results have important reference significance for the production,testing,and improving the qualification rate of multi-beam rotary vane water meters.
