摘  要:针对许疃煤矿33采区南翼探水巷底鼓治理工程实际问题,基于TRIZ理论,采用功能组件分析、因果轴分析,揭示了底鼓现象的原因,采用物-场分析和技术矛盾分析,完成了底鼓控制措施的概念性设计和优化,最终提出了“隔水层+反拱衬砌+锚杆+聚丙烯纤维混凝土地坪”的综合底鼓治理方案。在试验巷道完成反拱衬砌施工和现场监测,结果表明:施工完成后60 d的底板最大隆起量小于60 mm,底鼓控制效果显著。TRIZ理论作为一种高度有效的创新方法,扩展了巷道支护工程优化设计思路,为类似工程设计提供了有益参考借鉴。Aiming at the practical problem of floor heave in south wing water detection roadway of No.33 mining area in Xutuan Coal Mine,based on TRIZ theory,through function component analysis and causal axis analysis,the cause for the floor heave is revealed,through substance-field analysis and technical conflict analysis,the conceptual design and optimization of floor heave control measures are completed.Finally,a comprehensive floor heave treatment scheme is proposed,including water-resisting layer,inverted arch lining,anchor,and polypropylene fiber concrete floor.Inverted arch lining comprehensive floor heave treatment construction and field monitoring are completed in the test roadway,the results show that the maximum floor deformation is within 60mm after 60 days,and the floor heave control effect is significant.TRIZ theory is an effective innovation method,which extends the optimization design idea of roadway support engineering,and provides reference for similar engineering design.
