摘　　要：寻常型天疱疮是天疱疮中最常见和最严重的一种类型,及时治疗可以改变其预后。本文综合分析寻常型天疱疮患者治疗过程中的注意事项,包括妊娠期和哺乳期以及新型冠状病毒肺炎防控期间治疗的特殊性、综合护理等,为患者提供完善的指导和治疗。Pemphigus vulgaris is the most common and serious type of pemphigus,and timely treatment can change its prognosis.This review comprehensively analyzes considerations in the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris during pregnancy and lactation as well as during the prevention and control of COVID-19 pandemic,including treatment particularities and comprehensive nursing care,in order to provide better guidance and treatment for patients.
