摘　　要：在城市发展进程中,历史地段老旧街区已成为传统与现代交织的矛盾之地。为了实现历史地段老旧街区的复兴活化,引入城市触媒理论,以上海市山北街区为例,分析其现存问题并进行微更新设计,提出物质触媒和非物质触媒两大方面的设计策略,为历史地段老旧街区的保护更新提供新的设计思路。In the process of urban development,the old block in the historical area has become a contradictory place where tradition and modern interweave.In order to realize the revitalization and activation of old blocks in historical areas,the theory of urban catalyst is introduced.Shanbei Block in Shanghai is taken as an example to analyze its existing problems and carry out micro-renewal design,and the design strategies of material catalyst and non-material catalyst are proposed to provide new design ideas and strategic suggestions for the protection and renewal of old blocks in historical areas.
