地方农业高校产教融合现状与对策研究——以河南农业大学为例

摘　　要：深化产教融合是应对高校毕业生就业市场供需结构性矛盾,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接的战略性举措。近年来,地方农业高校围绕培养知农爱农人才,积极开展产教融合实践探索。然而,地方农业高校在产教融合过程中仍存在较多问题和障碍,以河南农业大学为例,通过认真梳理校企合作中存在的企业参与意愿低、教师参与积极性低、缺乏必要的场所和经费等问题,剖析高校办学理念、教育制度设计、办学师资力量、学生就业认知等方面的障碍和制约,提出政府制定支持性政策、高校完善产教融合制度、加强双师型队伍建设,加强宣传等对策思路,以期为高等农业院校开展产教融合工作提供借鉴和参考。Deepening the integration between industry and education is a strategic measure to deal with the structural contradiction between supply and demand in the employment market of college graduates.It can promote the integration of the education,talent,industry,and innovation chains.In recent years,local agricultural colleges and universities have actively explored the integration between industry and education around cultivating talents who know and love agriculture.However,there are still many problems and obstacles in the integration process between industry and education in local agricultural colleges and universities.Taking Henan Agricultural University as an example,by carefully sorting out the problems existing in the cooperation between schools and enterprises,such as low willingness of enterprises to participate,low enthusiasm of teachers to participate,and lack of necessary places and funds,this paper analyzes the restricting factors,which include the concept of running a university,the design of the educational system,the strength of teaching staff and students’employment cognition.This study suggests that the government should formulate supportive policies,improve the industry-education integration system in colleges and universities,strengthen the construction of dual-teacher teams,and strengthen publicity,to provide reference for higher agricultural colleges and universities to carry out the work of integration between industry and education.
