Exploration and Practice of Training System for Civil Engineering Leading Talents in Agricultural Colleges and Universities——Taking Civil Engineering at China Agricultural University as an Example

摘  要:在全面推进新工科建设背景下,高校人才培养强调高素质和拔尖创新,突出“信念、品德、知识、能力”等全方面培养,农业高校土木工程专业人才还需要有“学农、知农、爱农”的情怀。基于对“双一流”农业高校“领军人才”内涵的辨析,遵循人才成长螺旋式循环逐级提升的规律,提出“三纵四横五维度”土木工程领军人才培养体系。以目标为导向,以知识积累、能力提升、思想升华三条纵线引领,设计四级阶梯型成长路径,在教学团队建设、课程体系重构、实践育人体系建设、课程考核方式改革、“双导师”育人机制等五个维度进行了探索与实践,为国内同类高校特别是农业高校土木工程拔尖创新人才培养提供借鉴。In the context of comprehensively promoting the construction of new engineering,cultivating talents in colleges and universities emphasizes high quality,top-notch,and innovation,and paying close attention to all aspects of cultivation such as“faith,morality,knowledge and ability”.The Civil Engineering talents of agricultural universities also need to have the feeling of“knowing,learning,and loving agriculture”.Based on the analysis of the connotation of“leading talents”in“double first-class”agricultural colleges and universities,and following the law of spiral growth of talent growth,the study establishes the“three vertical lines,four horizontal lines,and five dimensions”civil engineering leaders educating system.Goal-oriented and led by the three vertical lines of knowledge accumulation,capacity enhancement,and ideological sublimation,the study designs a four-step circular rising path,explores and practices in five dimensions,including teaching team construction,curriculum system reconstruction,practical education system and project construction,curriculum assessment method reform,and“double tutor”education system.It is available to provide references for Civil Engineering talent training in domestic universities,especially in agricultural universities.
