摘 要:钻绒不仅会导致充绒量减少,降低羽绒制品的舒适性、保暖性、吸湿散湿性,还会影响羽绒制品外观。为此,从钻绒影响因素、防钻绒工艺方法、防钻绒性测试方法3个方面进行了文献分析。研究发现:材料间斥力、织物自身孔隙和加工过程中产生的孔隙是导致钻绒的主要原因,应从织物结构、缝纫工艺、后整理工艺着手,在多个加工环节上减少钻绒;同一件羽绒制品的不同部位可采用不同的防钻绒方法,从而提升防钻绒效果并降低生产成本;测试防钻绒性时应采用针织平纹布法收集羽绒。Down leaking will not only reduce the amount of filling down,reduce the comfortableness,warmth retention property,moisture absorption and moisture dissipation of down products,but also affect the appearance of down products.Therefore,the authors analyze the relevant literature the down leaking factors,down-proof techniques and down-proof performance testing methods.It is found that the repulsive force between materials,the pores of the fabric itself and the pores generated during the processing are the main causes of down leaking.It is necessary to reduce down leaking in processing links such as the fabric structure,sewing process and finishing process.Different down-proof methods can be used in different parts of the same down product,so as to improve the down-proof performance and reduce the production cost.Knitted plain cloth method should be used to collect down when testing down-proof property of the products.
