摘　　要：胶东沿海,盛产鱼类,若论名气,莫过于加吉。加吉鱼有“红鳞加吉”和“黑鳞加吉”之分,红鳞加吉学名真鲷,黑鳞加吉学名黑鲷。1981年,考古工作者在烟台白石村新石器时代遗址发掘中,发现过大批鱼鳞和鱼骨,能够辨认的有梭鱼、鱼、黑鲷、真鲷、鲈鱼。The coast of Jiaodong abounds with fishes,but no fish enjoys a fame as high as red snappers.Snappers can be divided into"red-scale snappers"with the scientific name of pagrus major and"black-scale snappers"with the scientific name of acanthopagrus schlegeli.In 1981,archaeologists discovered large numbers of fish scales and bones during the excavation of the Necolithic site in Baishi Village.
