摘  要:针对长庆油田某区块地面集输系统结垢严重的现象,选取结垢部位严重的垢样进行分析,根据现场采出水的分析结果配置水样,研究水样的矿化度、温度、流速等因素对垢体的粒径、沉降速度的影响,为集输系统的防垢工作提供理论支持。在理论基础上通过对集中成垢装置进行参数优化,模拟垢体颗粒在成垢装置中的分布。SEM/EDS/XRD结果表明垢样主要为钡盐、锶盐和钙盐等,这和水样的分析结果相一致,证明垢样主要来自于采出水中盐的沉淀。采出水的矿化度越高,垢体的粒径越大,垢体的沉降速度越快;流体的温度越高,垢体的粒径越小,垢体的沉降速度越小;而流体的流速对垢体的粒径和沉降速度的影响则呈现出先增加后减小的趋势。室内模拟液体处理量和垢体粒径对垢体在成垢装置中的体积分数分布表明,液体处理量对垢体在集中成垢装置中的沉降速度影响最大;垢体粒径越大越有利于垢体的沉降。According to the serious scaling phenomenon of surface gathering and transportation system of a block in Changqing Oilfield,the scale samples with serious scaling parts were selected for analysis.At the same time,water samples were configured according to the analysis results of field produced water to simulate the effects of water salinity,temperature and flow rate on scale particle size and sedimentation rate,so as to provide theoretical support for the anti-scaling work of gathering and transportation system.On the basis of theory,the parameters of the centralized fouling device were optimized,and the distribution of fouling particles in the fouling device was simulated and calculated.SEM/EDS/XRD results show that the scale samples are mainly barium salt,strontium salt and calcium salt,which is consistent with the analysis results of water samples,proving that the scale samples mainly come from the precipitation of salt in produced water.The higher the salinity of produced water,the larger the particle size of the scale,and the faster the sedimentation rate of the scale;The higher the temperature of the fluid,the smaller the particle size of the scale,and the smaller the settling velocity of the scale;The influence of fluid velocity on the particle size and settling velocity of the scale increases first and then decreases.The indoor simulated liquid handling capacity and particle size on the volume fraction distribution of particles in the scaling device show that the liquid handling capacity has the greatest influence on the sedimentation velocity of the particles in the centralized scaling device;the larger the particle size of the scale,the better the sedimentation of the scale.
