摘 要:钨精矿中的钼在产品交易中是计价元素,具有极高的经济价值,但作为杂质元素对后续工艺有影响,准确测定其含量对后续钨合金冶炼具有积极的指导意义。钨精矿中钼含量的测定目前主要采用硫氰酸盐分光光度法,该方法通过过氧化钠熔融样品后,钼元素与硫氰酸盐生成橙红色络合物用分光光度计进行测定。本研究通过对硫氰酸盐分光光度法的数学模型进行分析,确定影响结果的各不确定度分量,运用数学统计计算出各不确定度分量值。经过对各分量值进行评定,发现校准曲线的变动和多次测量的精度对钼结果的影响最大。在实际生产中可采用增加校准曲线的测量次数及提高测量重复精度的方式,从而更准确可靠地测定钨精矿中钼含量。Molybdenum in tungsten concentrate is a valuable element in product trading,which has high economic value.However,as an impurity element,it has an impact on the subsequent process.Accurate determination of its content has positive guiding significance for the subsequent tungsten alloy smelting.At present,the determination of molybdenum content in tungsten concentrate is mainly based on thiocyanate spectrophotometry.After sodium peroxide melts the sample,molybdenum and thiocyanate form orange-red complex and are determined by spectrophotometer.In this study,the mathematical model of thiocyanate spectrophotometry is analyzed to determine the uncertainty components that affect the results,and the uncertainty components are calculated by mathematical statistics.Through the evaluation of each subvalue,it is found that the change of calibration curve and the accuracy of multiple measurements have the greatest influence on molybdenum results.In actual production,the method of increasing the measurement times of calibration curve and improving the measurement repetition accuracy can be used to determine the molybdenum content in tungsten concentrate more accurately and reliably.
