隔姜灸配合多元创优护理对妊娠剧吐孕妇呕吐情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠剧吐孕妇应用隔姜灸配合多元创优护理对其呕吐情况的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将2021年6月至2023年3月常州市中医医院收治的80例妊娠剧吐孕妇分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理+常规补液,观察组在此基础上实施隔姜灸并配合多元创优护理。比较2组患者在干预前、干预3 d和干预7 d后的呕吐缓解效果、妊娠剧吐严重程度、生活质量、心理状态和中医证候积分。结果干预3 d和7 d后,观察组在恶心、呕吐和饮食障碍方面的中医证候积分,妊娠恶心呕吐专用量表得分,妊娠恶心呕吐生活质量量表得分,以及焦虑自评量表得分和抑郁自评量表得分均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05),且2组均低于干预前(P均<0.05)。干预3 d和7 d后,观察组的呕吐缓解总有效率均高于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。结论隔姜灸配合多元创优护理能够改善妊娠剧吐孕妇的呕吐情况,减轻其负面情绪,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of ginger-separated moxibustion combined with diversified excellence nursing on vomiting in pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods According to the random number table method,eighty pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum admitted to Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to March 2023 were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and routine fluid replacement,and the observation group was given gingerseparated moxibustion combined with diversified excellence nursing on this basis.Effect of vomiting relief,severity of hyperemesis gravidarum,quality of life,psychological state and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were compared before intervention,3 days and 7 days after intervention.Results After 3 and 7 days of intervention,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in nausea,vomiting and eating disorder,Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis and Nausea Scale scores,Nausea and Vomiting in Pregnancy Quality of Life Scale scores,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale scores and Self-Rating Depression Scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05),and the above scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention(all P<0.05).After 3 and 7 days of intervention,the vomiting relief efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group during the same period(both P<0.05).Conclusion Ginger-separated moxibustion combined with diversified excellence nursing can improve the vomiting situation of pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum,reduce their negative emotions and improve their quality of life.
