摘 要:为从超声振动影响切削方向角的角度去研究旋转超声辅助钻削CFRP过程中超声振动对孔壁质量的影响,分析了超声振动对钻削过程中刀具与纤维之间方向角的影响,然后基于自行研制的超声振动工具头采用单因素方法对单向层压CFRP进行了3mm直径孔的超声振动辅助钻削试验,最后观察了0°、45°、90°和135°四个典型切削角度上的表面形貌和粗糙度。结果表明:超声振动通过改变刀具与纤维间切削角和增加刀具断屑能力的方法来改变钻削机理,旋转超声振动辅助钻削下各个方向的表面质量随振幅变化趋势不同,当振幅在4μm与16μm时孔壁平均粗糙度最好,Ra值相比普通钻削分别降低了32.6%和29.8%。In order to study the effect of ultrasonic vibration on the quality of the hole wall in the process of rotating ultrasonicassisted drilling CFRP in terms of that ultrasonic vibration affects the cutting direction angle,the effect of ultrasonic vibration on the direction angle between the tool and the fiber during the drilling process is analyzed.Based on the self-developed ultrasonic vibration tool holder,a single-factor method was used to perform ultrasonic vibration-assisted drilling tests on unidirectional laminated CFRP with 3mm diameter holes.Finally,four typical cutting angles of 0°,45°,90°and 135°were observed.Surface morphology and roughness on the surface.The results show that the ultrasonic vibration changes the drilling mechanism by changing the cutting angle between the tool and the fiber and increasing the chip breaking ability of the tool.The surface quality of the rotating ultrasonic vibration assisted drilling in all directions varies with the amplitude.When the amplitude is 4μm and The average roughness of the hole wall is the best at 16μm,and the Ra value is reduced by 32.6%and 29.8%respectively compared with ordinary drilling.
