摘　　要：本文通过虚拟电厂将各种分布式能源聚合,形成一个整体,参与电力系统的协调控制,实现与电网之间的友好互动;提出基于多智能体的虚拟电厂中多元化资源一致性协调电压控制策略,以电动汽车联合储能作为虚拟电厂中的分布式储能装置,结合分布式电源接入配电网,通过一致性分层控制保证配电网中各节点电压的安全稳定,优化虚拟电厂中的各类资源配置和经济运行,提升虚拟电厂的整体外特性,与大电网实现友好互动;并以包含DG和EV+ESS多元化资源的合肥虚拟电厂为例,通过仿真验证了一致性电压协调控制策略的有效性。This paper describes how to integrate various distributed energy resource through virtual power plant to form a whole,and it participates in the coordinated control of the power system and realizes friendly interaction with the power grid.The multi-agent based coordinated voltage control strategy for diversified resources in virtual power plants is proposed.The electric vehicle combined energy storage system is used as the distributed energy storage device in the virtual power plant,and the distributed generation is connected to the distribution network.Through the consistent hierarchical control,the security and stability of the voltage of each node in the distribution network is realized,the various resource allocation and economic operation in the virtual power plant are optimized,and the overall external characteristics of the virtual power plant are improved,and it realizes friendly interaction between virtual power plant and the large power grid.Taking Hefei virtual power plant,which includes DG and EV+ESS resources as an example,the effectiveness of the consistent voltage coordination control strategy is verified by simulation.
