摘  要:本文针对某油田项目钻井存在钻头选型难度较大、井漏及井眼轨迹控制难度较大、钻井速度迟缓等技术难点,开展对小井眼钻井施工技术的研究。研究结果证实小井眼钻井施工技术的PDC钻头性能稳定,钻井工作速率极高,在10天内能完成6口井的钻井工作;还通过适当调控钻井液密度,降低压耗应用随钻堵漏材料,实现有效的防漏堵漏性能,证明小井眼钻井施工技术可以为安全高效钻井提供有力的技术支撑。This paper focuses on the technical dfficulties of selecting drll bits,controlling wellbore leakage and trajectory,and slow drilling speed that exist in the drlling of a certain oilfield project.It conducts research on the construction technology of slim hole drilling.Confirming the stable performance of the PDC bit for slim hole drilling construction technology,the drilling work rate is extremely high,and the drilling work of 6 wells is completed within 10 days.By adjusting the drilling fluid density appropriately,reducing pressure consumption,and using drilling plugging materials to achieve effective leak prevention and plugging performance,proving that the slim hole drlling construction technology can provide strong technical support for safe and efficient drilling.
