摘  要:火检是锅炉控制系统中的一个重要部件,火检系统的好坏会直接影响锅炉设备的安全运行。但在实际应用中,该控制系统有时会出现双路供电不正常的情况,导致控制电源不能满足要求,严重影响机组安全运行。本文主要介绍了我厂2×660MW超临界直流炉锅炉火检控制电源可靠性优化,以期提高机组的安全性和可靠性,避免因火检电源系统可靠性差及存在的先天设计缺陷触发锅炉灭火保护而导致的汽轮机跳闸、机组解列,为锅炉的安全稳定运行提供了一定的保障。Fire detection is an important component in the boiler control system,and the quality of the fire detection system directly affects the safe operation of boiler equipment.However,in practical applications,the control system sometimes experiences abnormal dual power supply,resulting in the control power supply not meeting the requirements and seriously affecting the safe operation of the unit.This paper mainly introduces the reliability optimization of the fire detection control power supply for our factory 2×660 MW supercritical once-through boiler,in order to improve the safety and reliability of the unit,avoid turbine tripping and unit disconnection caused by poor reliability of the fire detection power supply system and congenital design defects that trigger boiler fire extinguishing protection,and provide guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the boiler.
