摘 要:分析了双酸浸出过程中不同因素对浸出过程的影响,比较了单因素对酸溶效果的影响,探讨了聚合硫酸铁的制备及其絮凝效果。结果表明,实验制取的聚合硫酸铁粉末样品达到国标聚合硫酸铁(一等品)标准,对生活污水的除浊效果与市售产品相近,除浊率均在75%以上。本研究对固体废物资源化回收利用、环境污染控制等都具有重要的现实意义。The effects of different factors on the leaching process during double acid leaching were analyzed.The effects of single factors on the effectiveness of acid dissolution were compared.The preparation of poly ferric sulfate and its flocculation effect were discussed.The results show that the experimentally prepared powdered poly ferric sulfate samples meet the national standard of poly ferric sulfate(first grade)and the turbidity removal effect on domestic wastewater is similar to that of the commercially available products with the turbidity removal rate above 75%.This study is of great practical significance for the resourceful recycling of solid waste and environmental pollution control.
