摘 要:设计人员在进行石油化工码头设计时,一般采纳规范中的船型资料,但是国内外相关规范只给出简单的船型尺度资料(如船长、船宽、型深、满载吃水等),仅有简单的船型尺度显然不能完全满足港口工程设计的需求,也不能达到精细化设计的深度。在装卸工艺设计中往往需要使用更详细的船型资料,例如船舶的卸船流量、船岸接口大小及数量、满载及空载干舷高度、船舶平直段范围等。船型相关资料的缺乏及不明确极大影响了工程进度和准确性,因此查找更详细的船型资料,经过分析后作为设计船型进行设计是石油化工码头装卸工艺精细化设计的必然要求。Designers generally adopt the ship type data in the specifications when conducting port design,but domestic and foreign relevant specifications only provide simple ship type dimension data(such as captain,ship width,molded depth,full load draft,etc.).A simple ship size alone cannot fully meet the requirements of port engineering design,nor can it achieve the depth of refined design.In port engineering design,it is often necessary to use more detailed ship type information,such as the maximum loading rate,the size and the number of cargo connections,lightship and loaded freeboard heights,and the range of ship's straight sections.The lack and ambiguity of ship type related information has greatly affected the progress and accuracy of the project,Therefore,searching for more detailed ship type information and analyzing it as a design ship type is an inevitable requirement for the refined design of loading and unloading processes in petrochemical terminals.
