摘 要:建立了一种测定水质中苯并[j]荧蒽(benzo[j]fluoranthene)的分析方法,对地下水样品和地表水样品分别采用液液萃取法和固相萃取法进行前处理,萃取液经净化、浓缩后,用高效液相色谱仪进行分析测定。结果表明,本方法校准曲线在0.05~5.0μg/L浓度区间内线性良好,相关系数r<0.999;苯并[j]荧蒽的方法检出限为0.004μg/L,测定下限为0.016μg/L;测定高、中、低三个浓度水平下的加标样品,地下水样品和地表水样品相对标准偏差分别为1.40%~8.86%,1.05%~5.85%;加标回收率分别为88.0%~98.3%,82.0%~97.6%。An analytical method for the determination of benzo[j]fluoranthene(benzo[j]fluoranthene)in water quality was established.Groundwater samples and surface water samples were pretreated by liquid-liquid extraction and solid-phase extraction respectively.The samples were purified,Concentrated,analyzed and determined with high performance liquid chromatography.The results show that the calibration curve of this method is linear in the concentration range of 0.05~5.0μg/L,and the correlation coefficient r<0.999;the detection limit of benzo[j]fluoranthene is 0.004μg/L,and the lower limit of determination is 0.016μg/L;the relative standard deviations of the groundwater samples and surface water samples were 1.40%~8.86%and 1.05%~5.85%for the determination of spiked samples at high,medium,and low concentration levels,respectively;the sample spiked recoveries were 88.0%~98.3%,82.0%~97.6%,respectively.
